All of us at Nicholas King Homes are really looking forward to welcoming you back to our new build developments. Our showhomes and marketing suites are now open every day 10am-5pm.
We’ve been busy putting systems and processes in place to make sure that when you visit us you and our sales executives are kept safe at all times.
You can call or e-mail to book an appointment or you can even book online. We urge you to make an appointment so we don’t keep you waiting.To make sure everyone is safe, we can only allow one visitor, or couple if buying together, into our marketing suites at any one time.
As you enter the marketing suite you will be asked to use the dedicated hand sanitiser. We’ll provide you with gloves and a mask to use during your visit.
If you would like to visit our showhome, unfortunately we’re unable to accompany you inside, but if you would like to visit another home nearing completion, we’ll follow our usual health and safety procedures as well as issuing you with the appropriate PPE. We do require you to wear PPE when entering any property– this is for your own safety and convenience when opening doors.
We’re here to help you find your next home, so although we’re 2 metres apart, our sales executives will use the technology available to tell you all about our new homes whilst making sure a safe distance is kept.
After every visit our sales executive will thoroughly wipe down and clean all of the key areas prior to the next visit.
