From 1 April 2021, the Government’s Help to Buy scheme in England is changing and will ONLY be available for first- time buyers buying a new home up to £437,000 in value. If you are looking to buy a brand new home using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, all reservations and applications under the current scheme must be submitted to Help to Buy agents by close of business on Tuesday 15 December 2020.
Use Help to Buy whilst it is still available, it could save you an extra move and secure your forever home sooner than you think.
