Current Vacancies
Management Accountant
We are
looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our four-person
finance team, reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller.
This is a varied and commercially focused role,
covering:
- Monthly
management accounts and financial reporting
- Budgeting,
forecasting and cashflow
- Financial
analysis and site cost reporting
- Statutory
accounts and tax
- Supporting
audits, funding proposals and joint venture reporting
- Improving
financial controls and identifying cost efficiencies
We're looking for someone who:
- Has
solid management accounting experience
- Is
analytical, organised and commercially minded
- Has
strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
- Is
ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, or working towards a qualification
- Has
good communication skills and enjoys working as part of a small team
- Experience
of COINS and/or housebuilding would be an advantage
