Fork Lift Drivers

Location:- Aylesbury, Camberley

Driver of forklift with responsibility to ensure forklift is kept clean and well maintained. Must have on site experience to anticipate site requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:- Current forklift licence, full driving licence and references required.

Finishing Foremen

Location: Aylesbury, Camberley

Reporting to the Site Manager responsible for supervising the finishing of homes from plaster stage to Customer handover to a high standard. Compiling and issuing snag lists to trades then expediting the lists.

Requirements & Qualifications:- Extensive experience in a similar role, car driver, computer proficient, eye for detail is essential and references required.

Reporting to the Site Manager to provide labouring assistance on housebuilding sites. Be able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.

Sales Executives – Full and Part time Positions

Function: Sales and Marketing

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Type: Full and Part time positions available

Nicholas King Homes has an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Executives to join the team. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director the successful candidates will have previous experience in property sales. Our newly appointed Sales Executives will be provided with training but will need to be proactive whilst also working independent.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be wide ranging, but principally you will be accountable for:

  • Achieve reservations in line with targets
  • Liaise with appointed estate agents
  • Compilation of monthly competitor reports
  • Management of sales progression with regular communication with solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents to ensure that contracts are exchanged within 21 day deadline
  • Progression of assisted sales scheme
  • Attendance at all sales meetings
  • Liason with on site Construction team
  • Continuous monitoring of site presentation including landscaping, stock plots and all signage
  • Maintaining clean and tidy show homes and marketing suite
  • Ensure that sales area gardens are regularly maintained together with any other areas of the site that are landscaped as well as stock plots
  • Provide accurate weekly visitor reports
  • Ensure all visitors are followed up appropriately after any site visit or enquiry
  • Attendance to appropriate training courses, conferences or exhibitions
  • Ensure all selections for each customer’s home are made ahead of cut off dates issued by the Construction Department
  • Dealing with customer’s extras/ omissions in the format set out by the Company.
  • Compliance with Company’s health and safety requirements
