Sales and Marketing Director - Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Following the retirement of our long-serving Sales and Marketing Director after 25 successful years with Nicholas King Homes, we are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our board of Directors at our Head Office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
Nicholas King Homes is an established housing developer, building and selling homes across the Home Counties and South East of England. Since 1991, we have focused on creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes, with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing function and drive the continued success of the business.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies, maximising sales performance and profitability, overseeing pricing and marketing across our developments, and leading our Sales and Marketing team.
The successful candidate will bring:
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing position within residential property development or housebuilding.
• A strong commercial focus, with experience of sales strategy, development pricing, budgets and performance management.
• Experience leading a sales and marketing team
• Marketing experience including digital marketing, social media and lead generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to turn strategy into results.
