Customer Care

Not just a tick box exercise, we take the service we provide seriously with a clear and comprehensive process from initial enquiry to handing over the keys, we aim to be seamless, professional and friendly every step of the way.

THE PROCESS…

Upon exchange of contracts, one of our client liaison executives will be in touch to offer help and guidance with your new home. They will be your point of contact up to legal completion and for 6 weeks after you have completed. They will meet you at your new home on legal completion to hand you the keys and explain how everything works in your new home, as well as answer any questions you may have.

We go beyond just the bricks and mortar – our friendly team are here to make sure moving into your new home is worry-free! The Customer Care department will be on hand to offer help should any issues arise with your property for two years post legal completion.

Good to know…all our new homes come with a 10 year structural warranty.

LITTLE EXTRAS THAT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE

Little extras are included as  standard such as our handy-man for half a day who will help with those jobs that take time, such as putting up your curtain poles, hanging pictures, mirrors or even installing your new flat pack furniture to help your new house feel like your home.

We also offer all our customers an emergency out of hour’s service for the first two years from legal completion.
