We love buying land. When we look at new sites for the first time, we are genuinely excited at the prospect of creating a beautiful new environment for people to call home. Our team of experts will maximise the value of land opportunities through our experience of the markets in which we operate and our up to date knowledge of the ever changing planning system.
We are able to quickly assess complicated planning situations with our in house planning expertise. We are sensitive to local communities and seek to work with local authorities and other regulatory bodies to create sustainable communities of which all can be proud.
We are looking for:
- Sites with or without planning consent
- From 5 to 250 units
- Strategic or immediate land
- Greenfield or previously developed land

As a private company, we are able to react quickly to the opportunities which are offered to us. Our Chairman is involved with land acquisition at the earliest stages, so that you can be confident that you are dealing with the decision makers.
We have built thousands of quality homes on hundreds of sites in the last 30 years. We have the financial strength and backing to deliver on the promises we make.
In order to secure the sites that we need, we are happy to consider creative legal structures such as joint ventures or company purchases. We will retain agents who are able to make effective introductions of sites.
