At Nicholas King Homes we believe that the process to achieve the best results is that of team work. Therefore unlike the majority of developers our production team operate under one Director. From implementation of working drawings, to the handover of our homes to our Client Liaison team, our Technical Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Construction team work together to deliver beautiful homes that customers will love. Over the 28 years we've been in operation we've built individual homes, eight storey apartment buildings and sites of up to 300 units, even incorporating underground parking too.
Our in-house Technical Managers use external architects and engineers to produce drawings for all our developments. Once these drawings are produced our Technical Managers ensure each unit is built in accordance with building regulations and planning consents.
The commercial department consists of Quantity Surveyors and Buyers. They are tasked with organising the sub-contractors and materials to facilitate the build process and to ensure all trades and materials are of the highest quality to deliver our construction as planned.
Once on-site, construction commences! We’re proud that all Site Managers, Contract Site Managers, Site Labourers and Fork Lift Drivers are directly employed by Nicholas King Homes. This is so we can ensure our values to build beautiful homes starts when the first brick is laid.
All our site management teams have many years of experience working in the industry and understand the importance of working closely with both technical and commercial teams to produce homes that our customers and the wider production team can be proud of.
