If you haven’t yet sold your existing home, Easy Move offers the perfect solution if you want to purchase a property in one of our many new build developments near you

Choose and reserve your dream home and we will then arrange for your home to be valued by professional and independent market experts who will prepare a detailed valuation. We will review this with you and agree the market price of your current home. 

Our approved partners will then work with local estate agents to sell your home, and once a sale is agreed, they’ll contact solicitors on your behalf to organise the sale. They’ll also arrange the purchase of your new property, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. 

This scheme allows you to sell your current property easily, meaning you can buy one of our beautiful new homes with the peace of mind that your existing property is being sold. We’ll even cover the estate agent fees too. 


Looking for other ways to sell your current property? 

A part exchange house scheme allows you to trade the value of your current property against a new build home, using your current home as part of the payment. The developers take the place of the estate agents, which means you can avoid a property chain and move into your dream new home as soon as possible. 

We arrange for our external partners to provide you with an offer on your current property within a week of the valuation process. If you’re happy with this offer, we’ll formalise the reservation of your new home and work with your legal adviser to make the entire process as simple as possible. In fact, you could be in your dream home within a month.
