At NK Homes, we are committed to delivering high standards in both the homes we build and the service we provide. The New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) sets out clear requirements for housebuilders, helping to ensure new homes are constructed to a high standard and that customers are treated with honesty, transparency and fairness throughout the entire journey. 

The Code applies from your first enquiry and reservation, through construction, legal completion and into aftercare. Our membership demonstrates our dedication to maintaining these standards at every stage of your experience with us. 

Which Code applies to me?

Please see below to confirm which Code applies to you, based on the date you reserved your new home.

• New Homes Quality Code – Version 1:  If you reserved your home between 3 June 2025 and 2 March 2026, your purchase falls under Version 1 of the New Homes Quality Code (October 2023). Download a copy here.
• New Homes Quality Code – Version 2: If you reserved your home on or after 2 March 2026, your purchase is covered by Version 2 of the New Homes Quality Code (March 2026). Download a copy here.
• Consumer Code for Home Builders: If you reserved your home before 3 June 2025, your purchase is covered by the Consumer Code for Home Builders. Learn more here.
