A management company has been formed for Woodlands to maintain communal landscaped areas, roads and external lighting. The apartments buildings insurance, communal cleaning, lighting and heating will also be maintained by the management company. Each home owner will contribute to the management costs and become a shareholder of the management company. The day to day management will be undertaken by a managing agent employed by the management company.
