Our beautiful house, "The Maple" just swept us off our feet in terms of comparison to any other of the developments we visited in the area. The design and build is simply unique! An extremely well thought out home with a style of its own unlike many other cookie cutter style developments we'd viewed.
Lots of space between the plots and generous sized gardens set Amber Waterside apart and elevates the whole development. Our detached home with countryside views is perfect. We really could not be happier!
There have been some teething problems as one can expect with a new home but all of them have been attended to immediately and without fuss from the fantastic team at NK homes. Nothing has been a problem and we feel both reassured and cared for on a genuine and personal level.
From the moment we first met Maria in the sales office on our very first visit, we immediately felt comfortable and confident by her genuine and warm welcome. Maria took us around the show home and we never felt the sales pressure we'd experienced on other developments we'd looked at. She allowed us the time and space to get the feel of the property and conveyed an exceptionally good knowledge of both the builds and the house buying process we were about to embark on.
Then we met Jo, Maria's colleague who is equally as lovely and we really couldn't believe our luck to be dealing with these two genuinely lovely people. They say that in any potential sale, "people buy people first" and it's so true. Maria and Jo are a credit to their industry and NK homes. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and you can feel that from the moment you meet them.
Since moving in just 3 weeks ago we've also been introduced to the amazing Tracey who has taken care of all our teething problems with the utmost efficiency and care. Another warm and genuine person, knowledgeable and extremely competent.
