From turf to integrated appliances we’ve got you covered to make sure your new house feels like a home as soon as you move in! 

- No one wants to buy a new home and look out to a sea of mud so we lay fresh lawn to all our homes.  

- To make sure the kids are kept busy whilst you're unpacking we provide a TV point for Sky Q and Digital TV.

- All kitchen appliances are by Zanussi, an Italian producer of home appliances. 

- Bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom tiles can be chosen by you at no additional cost (subject to the stage of construction at the time of reservation).  The tiles are from our specially selected range of European ceramics. 

- In bathrooms and en-suites all walls where sanitaryware is fitted are half tiled. Baths with showers over and separate showers are fully tiled. We also tile the floor. 

- Wardrobes are fitted to the master bedroom for all properties, and in most cases 4 and 5-bedroom properties, bedroom 2 will be fitted with a wardrobe too.

- A keybox is fitted to every home as standard. 

- When we hand over the key to your new home a handy man will be included for half a day to help you put up your curtain poles, hang pictures, mirrors or even install your new flat pack furntiure.

- Your dedicated Client Liasion Executive will be your point of contact 6 weeks after you move in, to make sure that the entire process is seamless and worry-free. They'll walk you through your new home on hand over day to go through how to use all appliances. 

- All in one place! When contracts are exchanged you'll recieve a unique login to the My NK Home portal, so you can download manuals and important documents related to your new home.
