Hidden in plain sight
“We did not know this was here” is the regular comment from those visiting the newly opened Marketing Suite. Waters Edge is indeed a rare find – but the lakes have been there for many years but up until recently the area was private land that couldn’t be accessedby the public, so unless you had a drone or some other form of birds eye viewit has remained hidden in plain sight.
Now the newly opened Marketing suite and showhomes provide the element of calm that only living by water can provide. Perfectly aided by the resident swans, herons and host of other birdlife.
Waters Edge is a lakeside community of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom apartments in the making, but the large amount of water spanningthe two lakes and array of birds and wildlife is not the only thing that provides a better quality of life. A newly created walkway and cycle path around the lakes is 2.3 kilometres long, perfect for an early morning fitness workout or just a gentle amble. For those with more energy or requiring a high level of daily step activity, the Waters Edge paths link to the Blackwater Valley path which gives another 37 kilometres of pathways to explore. – It’s all on the doorstep – no need to drive, just an oasis of waterside calm – the perfect antidote to post Covid lockdowns.
Each home at Waters Edge has facilities for home working, what better environment to increase your productivity whilst ensuring your mental health benefits from exercise, fresh air and calm. The first new homes have already been occupied and new four legged friends are also exploring the new scents and smells
The showhomes and marketing suites at Waters Edge are open daily from 10 –5 – and you are no longer required to make an appointment – come and see what is no longer hidden and enjoy the environment.
