We sat down with Susie and Andy two of our brand new home owners of one of our new homes in Pitsonte, to find out how our Easy Move scheme made their dream a reality.

Q: Why did you choose to move to a New Home in Pitstone?

A: We love the countryside surroundings and the local amenities like the farm shop and pubs. The green is lovely as its great for kids and people walking their dogs, our grandson even plays cricket on the green which is lovely for us to wander over and watch.

Q: What attracted you to the Ravensmoor development?

A: We knew Nicholas King had a good reputation and liked the space and planning of this development as others felt more crowded and overlooked. The design and architecture of the homes are very attractive.

Q: What were your first impressions of the showhome?

A: Its bigger than we expected, it has space, and the layout is good. The specification is a definite bonus as you get outside taps and outside power points as standard.

Q: Why did you choose Nicholas King Homes?

A: Reserving off plan enabled us to reserve the end of terrace home which we preferred, and the Easy Move Scheme made it all so much easier.

Q: How did you find out about the Easy Move Scheme?

A: We were introduced to the EasyMove Scheme when we understood the timescales of the new home.

Q: How did you find the Easy Move process?

A: We paid the reservation fee and off we went with the marketing. We had regular updates and received 2 offers. They were amazing in holding things together, the process was very easy, and the agent’s fees were paid.

Q: What do you love about your new home?

A: This one just felt right from the start, when we were looking to move we’d say well we’re going to have to compromise on something, but here we haven’t had to compromise, we have actually got more than we expected and the after sales service has been excellent.

We came from an apartment and really missed a garden, especially through the first pandemic. The downstairs living space is perfect for us and now we can have friends over to entertain and watch our grandchildren run around together which is magical for us.

Q: Would you recommend Easy Move to anyone else and why?

A: Without a doubt! It takes away the stress of the whole transaction. We would highly recommend it to anybody, it is the whole package and make the whole thing less stressful.
